The View Submit EDI Request page allows both an Account Manager (AM) and Account Designee (AD) to submit requests for the listed Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) ID to the associated EDI Representative.
If a request has been submitted for the RRE, it will display in the EDI Representative Submission Request History section at the top of the page. The Account Manager (AM) for the RRE will see a list of all requests submitted for the RRE and Account Designee (AD) will only see a list of requests submitted by them for that RRE.
Below the history section is the Submit Request to EDI Representative section, this is where the user selects the type of request they would like to submit. To enable the Continue button and submit the request, the user must enter detailed information regarding the request in the Description data entry box. If Request Type “Other” is selected the section will refresh with a Choose File button that allows the user to upload a .PDF document.
To submit a request:
- Select an option from the Request Type drop down.
- If “Other” is selected the Choose File button will appear allowing the user to upload a .PDF document.
- Enter text into the Description data entry box.
- Allows up to 1500 characters including spaces.
- If applicable upload a .PDF document
- File is in .PDF format.
- File is virus free.
- File is not encrypted.
- File size is less than or equal to 40 MB (megabytes) in size.
- The page size of pages included in the file must not be larger than 8.5 by 11 inches.
- File name is 80 characters or less.
- File name only includes the following valid alphanumeric characters: any letter (A-Z, a-z), any number (0-9), and any of the following special characters: hyphen (-), period (.) and underscore (_).
- File name does not include spaces.
- Click Continue to submit the request or Cancel to end this request and return to the RRE Information Detail page.
- The Request to EDI Representative Successful pop-up window appears.
- Click Continue to return to the RRE Information Detail page
