There are three separate file transmission methods that Section 111 responsible reporting entities may use to exchange data: Connect:Direct (via CMS Electronic File Transfer [EFT]), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), and Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer (HTTPS).
If you have already selected a file transmission method during the account setup process and need to change this information, contact your EDI Representative for assistance, as this information cannot be changed online.
