Account Setup

This page requires you, as the Account Manager (AM), to enter an account ID, PIN, and your email address.

For Corporate Account Types:

It is critical that the person completing this step is the AM for the WCMSAP account and provides their specific, personal email address.

The email address you provide cannot match that of your Account Representative (AR) provided during New Registration. The AR cannot be a user of the WCMSAP (Account Designee [AD] or AM) for any account ID. The AR and AM must be different people.

The account ID (shown on the Registration Completed Successfully. Thank You page and emailed to the AR at the end of the new registration process) and the PIN (which was emailed to the AR upon submission and approval of Step 1, New Registration) are required to proceed. The AR should have given this information to the AM. If you have completed Step 1 more than 7 business days ago and your AR has not received an email with the PIN, please contact the BCRC EDI Department.

For All Account Types:

Your email address is also required to verify if you are a registered user. You will receive a PIN email within 7 days if you are able to be vetted. If not, you will receive instructions on manual vetting. New users must go through the process of creating a new login ID and password before setting up a WCMSAP account.

Account Setup Fields

FieldDescription
Account IDThe account identification number assigned during the New Registration step. This number was shown on the Registration Completed Successfully. Thank You page and emailed to the AR at the end of the registration process.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)The personal identification number assigned to the WCMSAP account after completion of the New Registration process and subsequent validation by the BCRC. The PIN associated with the WCMSAP account is emailed to the applicable contact provided during initial registration.
Account Manager's E-mail AddressThe email address of the person who will be the AM for this WCMSAP account.
Re-enter E-mail addressRe-enter the email address of the AM for verification purposes. You must retype this address. You cannot cut and paste.

After you have correctly entered the account ID, PIN, and your email address, click the Next button to proceed to the next page in the Account Setup process.

Click on the Previous button to return to the previous page.
