If you successfully registered for the WCMSAP but have forgotten your login ID, use the Forgot ID link on the WCMSAP Welcome page. You must enter the email address you provided and the answers to the security questions that you supplied when you originally registered.
If you are unsuccessful in resetting your Login ID with the Forgot ID link, contact the BCRC EDI Department at (646) 458-6740.
When you call, you must be able to provide the answers to the security questions you selected during registration for the WCMSAP.
If you have not yet registered and obtained an account ID for your organization, refer to the How to Get Started link under the How To… menu option for information on completing the initial registration steps for your organization.
If you are the Account Manager but have not setup your account, click on the Account Setup button on the Welcome page. You will need the account ID assigned during the New Registration process, and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) emailed to your Account Representative. You will create a login ID and password as part of the account setup process. See the How to Get Started link under the How To… menu option for more information.
