The WCMSA Attestation Submission Verification page allows you to verify that the attestation information you provided on the WCMSA Account Balance and Attestation Submission page is correct before you submit it.
This page displays the information you entered on the previous page: attestation start and end dates, medical expenses, prescription drug expenses, taxes paid on interest earned, total interest income the account earned, balance of the WCMSA account at the end of the attestation period, and names of any uploaded documents. This page also shows the grand total of expenditures and the new CMS calculated balance, which was system-calculated based on this submission.
Click Previous to return to the WCMSA Account Balance and Attestation Submission page to make changes.
Click Continue to submit your attestation.
Click Cancel to cancel your attestation submission. All data entered for this attestation will be deleted.
