WCMSA File Upload

The WCMSA File Upload page allows professional administrators the ability to upload transaction files, or account balance inquiry files, associated with the WCMSAs they administer.

Files must be in plain text comma separated format (.csv) and cannot exceed 40 MB. The file name must be 40 characters or less and the file must also be virus-free. Pages must be no larger than 8.5 x 11 inches. Otherwise, an error will be displayed.

A read-only Files Previously Uploaded table is also shown. It displays a list of files uploaded by users associated with the Account ID (by File Name, File Type, Upload Date, and User ID). The most recent (and maximum) 500 files uploaded for the year will be shown.

If a file cannot be uploaded, you will receive an error message. If you receive an error message, none of the files will be uploaded. You must correct the problem(s) and choose new, error-free files to upload. Note: The error "Invalid File Size" may be related to the page size.

To upload a file:

1. Select a File Type: Transaction File or Account Balance Inquiry File.
2. Click Browse next to the File to Upload field to locate and select your file.
3. Click Continue to complete the upload.
4. Click Cancel to cancel the upload operation and return to your Home page.
