Update Beneficiary/Claimant Account Information

The Update Beneficiary/Claimant Account Information page allows you to update your mailing address and phone as the beneficiary or claimant associated with the account. You cannot change the Account Type.

1. Click Edit next to either the Beneficiary/Claimant Information or Mailing Address.
2. Complete your updates.
3. Click Next to return to the main Update Beneficiary/Claimant Account Information page.
4. Click Submit Updates.

Click Cancel to cancel any process (all data changes will be lost). Click Previous to return to a previous screen.
