If the invited Account Designee does not have a Login ID then they will need to go through the user registration process to get a Login ID and Password. You are asked to provide the name of your Designee and enter a Passphrase for them to use to register for the site. Your Designee will then go through the user registration process by following the secure token link in the email invitation sent by the BCRC.
Required fields are noted by an asterisk *.
Designee First Name – Enter the first name of your Account Designee as it should be stored in the system.
Designee Last Name – Enter the last name of your Account Designee as it should be stored in the system.
Passphrase – Required. Enter a word or words up to 30 characters. This is a secret code that you make up and provide to your Designee outside the system. It will not be sent to the Designee in his invitation email. After you complete the invitation process, contact your Designee and provide them with this secret code. The Designee will need to enter it exactly as you did when they follow the link in the invitation email to register for the site. This will make sure that only the people you invite will have access to your account. Do not share this Passphrase with anyone else.
Re-enter Passphrase – Enter the same pass phrase you typed above to make sure it has been captured in the system accurately.
Click on the Cancel button to terminate the Designee invitation process and return to the Designee Listing page.
Click on the Previous button to return to the previous page.
Click on the Next button to proceed to the next page in the Add a Designee process.
