The RRE ID Update Information page allows users to update information about the liability insurance (including self-insurance), no-fault insurance, and workers's compensation data to be reported under this RRE ID.
The RRE Name and Address will be automatically populated from information submitted during Step 1- New Registration. If you need to change your EIN/TIN or Reporter Type, you will need to contact your EDI Representative for assistance.
Required fields are noted by an asterisk.
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Company Name | The company name associated with this Section 111 reporter. |
Company address | The corporate address associated with the company. The second line of the street address and ZIP+4 are optional. If the RRE does not have a mailing address in the United States, enter 'Foreign Country' in the state field and leave the other address fields blank. |
Company Telephone | Telephone number of your corporate office. Telephone number is not required for foreign RREs, but can be provided if a U.S. number is available. |
Company Fax | Facsimile number of your corporate office. |
Lines of Business | Types of claims that will be reported under this RRE ID. Check all that apply. You may use the same RRE ID to submit all types of claims under one RRE ID. See the Section 111 Liability Insurance (Including Self-Insurance), No-Fault, and Workers’ Compensation User Guide for more information on the use of multiple RRE IDs. |
Estimated Number of Paid Claims | An estimate of the annual number of claims paid by the RRE reflected under this RRE ID. This is the total number of paid claims for all injured parties/claimants, NOT just those that will be reported under Section 111 where the injured party is a Medicare Beneficiary. This will be used by the BCRC to estimate the size of the files that will be submitted under this RRE ID and aid in the assignment of the file submission timeframe by the system in order to spread out file processing by the BCRC throughout each quarter. It is only an estimate and will not be validated or checked when you submit your files later. |

Receive Unsolicited Alerts? | Select this radio button if you would like to receive unsolicited alerts. |
Next Steps
