The RRE ID Reporting Profile Information page for GHP users asks you to provide information about the GHP data to be reported under this RRE ID.
The RRE name and address information will be automatically populated from data submitted during Step 1- New Registration. This information is read-only. The Account Manager (AM) can update some of this information after completing this Account Setup step and logging into the Section 111 COBSW.
Required fields are noted on the application page with an asterisk.
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Lines of Business: | Select which lines of business will be reported under this RRE ID. Check all that apply. You may use the same RRE ID to submit all types of claims under one RRE ID. See the Section 111 Liability Insurance (Including Self-Insurance), No-Fault, and Workers' Compensation User Guide for more information on the use of multiple RRE IDs. |
HRA Records Only: | Check this box if the only records that will be submitted will be for Health Reimbursement Accounts. |
Estimated Number of Covered Individuals | Enter an estimate of the total number of individuals, including subscribers and dependents, who are provided coverage by GHP(s) that will be reported under this RRE ID. This is the total number of individuals, not just those that fit the definition of Active Covered Individuals (e.g., over the age threshold, etc.). This will be used by the BCRC to estimate the size of the files that will be submitted under this RRE ID and aid in the assignment of the file submission timeframe by the system in order to spread out file processing by the BCRC throughout each quarter. It is only an estimate and will not be validated or checked when you submit your files later. |
Reporting Level | Select Basic or Expanded by clicking the appropriate radio button. See the Section 111 GHP User Guide for more information. |
Do you offer network prescription drug coverage to your Active Covered Individuals that may be primary to Medicare? | If your RRE offers prescription drug coverage that may be primary to Part D coverage to active covered individuals, select Yes. Otherwise, select No. |
Will an Agent report data on your behalf? | Select one of these radio buttons if you plan to use an agent to report your files. Select Yes if an agent will report some or all of your Section 111 files for you. Select No if you will not be using an agent. RREs may use agents to submit data on their behalf. An agent is a data services company, consulting company, or the like, that can create and submit Section 111 files to the BCRC on behalf of the RRE. The RRE remains solely responsible and accountable for adhering to the requirements of the Section 111 program and for the accuracy of data submitted. |
Agent Company EIN/TIN | If you selected Yes to the question above, enter the Agent Company EIN/TIN. This is the IRS-assigned tax ID associated with the Agent company. |
Receive Unsolicited Alerts? | Click the radio button to receive an Unsolicited Alerts file monthly. This file will alert the RRE to any changes to MSP occurrences or drug coverage records that have been submitted by an entity other than the RRE over the last month. (See the MMSEA Section 111 GHP User Guide for details.) Note: An RRE will only receive alerts for drug records if they previously submitted drug records. |
Next Steps
During account setup, you will also be asked about preferred file submission methods. Please see the related help pages for details or contact your EDI Representative for any further questions.
After you have completed this Account Setup step and have reviewed the RRE Information Summary, you will need to log in to the Section 111 COBSW and invite individuals from your agent company to become users of the Section 111 COBSW as account designees. They will need a COBSW login ID and password to upload and download files to/from the COBSW via the HTTPS or SFTP file transmission methods. They will also be able to log on to the Section 111 COBSW application to view test and production file processing results.
Click Continue to submit the above information and proceed to the next page in the Account Setup process.
