Forgot Login ID or Password
The Forgot Login ID or Forgot Password page appears depending on which link you click.
Note: You have three attempts total, across the login and security pages, to retrieve your login ID or change your password, before your account is locked.
Forgot Login ID
This page appears when you click the Forgot ID link on the Welcome page. Use this option when you have forgotten your login ID. Enter your email address in the field provided to begin the process. At the end of the process, you will receive an email containing your login ID within 24 hrs.
Forgot Password
This page appears when you click the Forgot Password link. Enter your login ID in the field provided to begin the process. Use this option to reset your password.
At the end of the process, you will receive an email with a temporary password and instructions.
Click the Continue button for the next step in the Forgot Login ID or Password process.
Click OK or Cancel to return to the Welcome page.
