How to Request Your Login ID


If you successfully registered for the Section 111 COB Secure Web site but have forgotten your Login ID, click the Forgot Login ID link on the Section 111 Home page located at https://www.cob.cms.hhs.gov/Section111/. You will be required to provide the e-mail address that you provided and the answers to the security questions that you supplied when you originally registered.

If you are unsuccessful in resetting your Login ID by clicking the Forgot Login ID link, please contact your assigned EDI Representative.

When you call, you must be able to provide the answers to the security questions you selected during registration for the Section 111 COB Secure Web site.

If you have not yet registered and obtained an RRE ID for your organization, then please click the How to Get Started link under the How To... menu option for information on how to complete the initial registration steps for your organization.

If you are the Account Manager but have not completed the Account Setup process, click on the Account Setup button on the home page to create your Login ID and password. You will need the RRE ID assigned during the New Registration process and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) mailed to your Authorized Representative. Please select the How to Get Started link under the How To... menu option for more information.
