This page requires you, as the Account Manager (AM), to enter an account ID, Personal Identification Number (PIN), and your email address.
For Corporate Account Types:
It is critical that the person completing this step is the AM for the MSPRP account and provides their specific, personal email address.
The account ID was provided to the Account Representative (AR) on the MSPRP Registration Completed Successfully Thank You page at the end of Step 1 - New Registration. It was also sent to the email address provided for the AR. The PIN was emailed to the AR upon completion of that step and validation of the registration by CMS. Both account ID and PIN are required to proceed. The AR should have given this information to the AM. The AR will receive an email containing a PIN within seven business days if they are able to be vetted. If not, they will receive an email with instructions on what documentation to provide for manual vetting by an EDI Representative.
For All Account Types:
Your email address is also required to verify if you are a registered user. New users must go through the process of creating a new login ID and password before setting up an MSPRP account.
Required fields are noted by an asterisk (*).
| Field | Description |
| Account ID | The account identification number assigned during the new registration step. See note above if the AR cannot locate this number. |
| Personal Identification Number (PIN) | The PIN assigned to the MSPRP account. This number was emailed to the AR after completion of the new registration process and subsequent validation of the registration by CMS. See note above if the AR has not received this number. |
| Account Manager’s Email Address | The email address of the person who will be the AM for this MSPRP account. For Corporate accounts: This email address cannot match the email address of any MSPRP user. Note: It is critical that you enter the correct email address for your AM, as this information will be used to send important information regarding your account. |
| Re-enter Email address | Re-enter the email address of the AM for verification purposes. You must retype this address. You cannot cut and paste. |
After you have correctly entered the account ID, PIN, and your email address, click Continue to proceed to the next page in the account setup process.
Click Cancel to return to the home page and cancel the process.
