The Multi-Factor Authentication Verification page allows you to enter the MFA Security Token you received on your registered Factor Type and access the MSPRP using MFA services. At this point, you must have successfully completed the ID Proofing process, activated an MFA factor, and have the MFA Security Token that your device generated.
Note: If you do not enter the correct MFA Security Token within 3 attempts, you will automatically be locked out of the MSPRP. Contact an EDI Representative to unlock your account.
Click Resend to receive a new MFA Security Token if you did not receive one.
Click Continue to proceed to the Welcome! Account page once your token has been successfully verified.
Click Cancel to return to the Select Login Option page.
