The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Verification - Okta Push page allows you to complete the registration process for the factor that will be associated to your MSPRP login ID.
Note: If you have previously completed the ID Proofing process and are currently using Voice Call or Text Message (SMS) as a factor type, this service will discontinue use after March 1, 2025. To maintain access after that date, you must register another factor type.
After choosing the Okta Verify app's push notification option, this page will display your next steps. Access the Okta Verify app on your device and approve the notification supplied there. Once confirmed, click Continue. You will be returned to the Account List page after this step is completed.
Note: You can have up to two factors in active and/or pending activation status for your login ID (i.e., a maximum of one Okta Verify and one Google Authenticator Factor).
