Once you have completed the ID Proofing process and have activated an MFA factor, you can use the Select Login Option page to choose whether or not you want to use MFA services to view unmasked case information after you log in to the MSPRP.
If you do not want to use MFA services, you can choose the Login without my Multi-Factor Authentication option. This will enable you to view masked case information on all MSPRP pages you currently have access to.
If you want to use MFA services, you can choose the Login using Multi-Factor Authentication option, select your factor, and click Continue. You will be sent an MFA Security token via your registered Factor Type and be redirected to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Verification page.
Click Cancel to cancel your login. You will be directed to the Sign off Successful page.
