The Register Multi-Factor Authentication page allows you to register a factor that will be associated with your MSPRP login ID. At this point, you must have successfully completed the ID Proofing process. You will need to select a factor type.
Register MFA Fields

Note: You must download the Okta Verify and/or Google Authenticator apps to your device and follow the steps to establish your security process.
Click Cancel to discard your changes and return to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Maintenance page.
After clicking Continue, you will be directed to the Complete Factor Setup page.
You must download the Okta Verify or Google Authenticator app onto your mobile device. These apps can be downloaded from the Google Play Store on Android devices or from the App Store for iPhone, iPad and MAC.
The Complete Factor Setup page will display a QR barcode that contains the url and setup information the app needs to add the account under the text instructions. Once you have downloaded the app, select Add application and scan the barcode to complete the authentication process.
Once you have completed these setup steps, click Continue.
Okta Verify or Google Authenticator will then send an approval message to MSPRP. Once an approval message is received, the page will display the Account List page with Multi-Factor Authentication enabled.
Note: You can have up to two Factors in active and/or pending activation status for your login ID (i.e., a maximum of one Okta Verify and one Google Authenticator factor).
