The Factor Deactivated Successfully page indicates that the factor entered on the Deactivate Factor Confirmation page has been deactivated and is no longer associated with your login ID.
The next time you log in to the MSPRP, you will not be able to use the deactivated factor to view unmasked case information on the MSPRP.
Click Continue to return to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Maintenance page. Your deactivated factor will no longer appear on this page.
