The Activate Factor page allows you to activate the factor that will be associated with your MSPRP login ID. At this point, you must have successfully completed the ID Proofing process, and selected the Factor Type (i.e., Okta Verify or Google Authenticator).
Note: If you have previously completed the ID Proofing process and are currently using Voice call or Text Message (SMS) as a factor type, this service will discontinue use after March 1, 2025. To maintain access after that date, you must choose another factor type.
Note: Depending on the app you choose, you will either need to enter the MFA Security Token from the app or take action on the app to complete the activation process. If you do not do this correctly within 3 attempts, you will automatically be locked out of the MSPRP. Contact an EDI Representative to unlock your account.
Click Continue to proceed to the Factor Activated Successfully page.
Click Cancel to return to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Maintenance page. Your factor will be updated to a Pending Activation status until you complete the activation process.
Note: You can have up to two factors in active and/or pending activation status for your login ID (i.e., a maximum of one Okta Verify and one Google Authenticator Factor.
