The wildcard percent sign (%) can be used to retrieve variations of the Case ID. When used, it replaces one (or more than one) number(s) at the end of the Case ID. Only the one percent sign can be entered and it must be placed at the end of the Case ID search term. When using the wildcard symbol in the Case ID field, a minimum of 5 characters must be entered (four numbers plus the percent sign).
