Next Steps
When the BCRC has made a decision regarding the waiver request, you will receive a letter explaining the reason(s) for the decision. The letter will also include steps you can take to appeal the decision if it is less than fully favorable. Once a decision is made, the decision will be displayed on the Waiver/Redetermination/Appeal/Compromise tab of the Case Information page.
