By initiating this action you are confirming that you agree with the Conditional Payment Amount identified in the Conditional Payment Notice (CPN) and you will receive a demand letter earlier than the default 30-day time period.
Click Continue to submit your demand letter request. The demand letter will be processed, and you will receive notification within 7-12 business days. If the MSPRP account is currently receiving letter notification emails instead of mailed letters for the case (i.e., a green leaf icon appears to the right of the case ID), you will receive an email notification. If not, you will receive a mailed letter.
Click Previous to cancel your demand letter request and return to the Case Information page.
