This page confirms that you have successfully notified the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) that the debt associated with this case is within 120 calendar days of an anticipated settlement. This debt has been transferred to the beneficiary and has been placed in the Final Conditional Payment process.
The case information displayed includes:
- Case ID
- Beneficiary Last Name
- Medicare ID (Health Insurance Claim Number [HICN] or Medicare Beneficiary Identifier [MBI]; HICN partially masked unless you are the beneficiary, or you logged in to the MSPRP using multi-factor authentication)
- Final Conditional Payment Process Initiated date
Within 7-12 business days, a new Conditional Payment Letter will be mailed to the beneficiary associated with the new case. It will include a list of claims currently associated with the case, information about the Final Conditional Payment process, and the procedures that the beneficiary must follow going forward.
You will not receive a copy of this letter or any correspondence for this new case unless you submit a Consent to Release (CTR) or Proof of Representation (POR) form signed by the beneficiary to the BCRC.
