The Demand Claims Listing page allows authorized users to view (read-only) final demand information for a selected Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) or Commercial Repayment Center (CRC) case after a demand has been issued.
For the selected case, the page displays the following: Case ID, Demand Amount, and Demand Letter Date. Information regarding the case displays only if the case is in MSPRP Demand status, or if the case is in Completed or Pending NOS status if in the Final Conditional Payment process.
All claim amounts listed on this page are included in the total Demand Amount listed at the top. The claim amounts may also be found on the attachment included with the Demand Letter that you previously received.
The following information is displayed for each claim associated with this case:
- Claim Control ID (ICN)
- Line Number
- Total Charges
- Reimbursed Amount
- Conditional Payment

Note: This page will not display data for BCRC cases that have been manually demanded.
If the fields in your Demand Letter are blank and you expected to see information displayed, contact the BCRC Call Center (855-798-2627) to speak to a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
