Next Steps
When the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) receives the compromise request, they will forward it to the appropriate Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) office. CMS must make a determination on the compromise request. Once a decision is made, you will be contacted by CMS.
