The Close Case Verification page displays a list of cases you have selected to be closed. The list shows the Case ID, Date of Incident, Bene Last Name, Medicare ID, and Bene Date of Birth for each selected case.
Note: A case should only be closed if it was reported in error as the case will be closed and recovery activities will cease.
Click Previous to cancel the closure request and return to the Case Listing page where you may revise your selections.
Click Continue to close these cases, remove them from your account, and go to the Close Case Confirmation page.
