What are Attorney Fees

Attorney fees are the costs incurred by the beneficiary in order to attain a settlement. Only those costs borne by the beneficiary should be entered.

Attorney Fees - the total amount charged by the attorney to take the case.

Attorney Expenses - the total amount of additional expenses (not including the Attorney Fees) charged by the attorney. Some guidelines to follow are:
