As a beneficiary, you are authorized to access and manage each of your recovery cases on the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP). However, the MSPRP will require you to perform an initial request for access to each recovery case that you did not access directly from the Medicare.gov website.
Note: Each case that you accessed directly from the Medicare.gov web site (by clicking the case ID on the Payment Details tab on the Medicare.gov web page) as well as each new case you request access to on the MSPRP can be viewed and managed by clicking the Case Listing link on the Welcome! page (your home page).
The New Case Request page provides you with the ability to search for and add a recovery case to your Case Listing page using the case ID. Once you have successfully requested case access, you will be able to view and manage the case by accessing the MSPRP Case Listing page.
