The Conditional Payment Letter will not be automatically sent after an Authorization has been submitted. You must select the Request a copy of the conditional payment letter link on the Case Information page to have the system generate the Conditional Payment Letter.
NOTE: Please do not mail or fax any documentation that you have successfully uploaded to the MSPRP.
