This page is used to invite an account designee (AD) to be associated to your Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP) account. The email entered on this page will be used to determine if the AD you are inviting to the account has already obtained a login ID.
Note: There's only one login ID needed per user no matter how many MSPRP accounts an AD is associated with.
If the invited AD is already a registered AD for another MSPRP account, they will not need to create another login ID. Registered ADs will receive a notification email from the MSPRP notifying them that they have been designated as an AD for your account.
If the invited AD is not already registered, the MSPRP will send the AD an invitation email with a token link which is needed to register and obtain a Login ID.
If you want to change the role of an AD on an existing account to an Account Manager, you can do so by contacting an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative by phone at (646) 458-6740 or email at: COBVA@bcrcgdit.com for assistance.

Click Cancel to cancel the Designee invitation process and return to the Designee Listing page.
| Field | Description |
| Designee Email Address: | Enter the email address of the AD you wish to invite. The MSPRP will determine if the AD is a registered user based on the email address entered. An existing registered user can be an AD for your Account ID as long as they are not already registered as an Account Representative for any other MSPRP Account ID. |
| Re-enter Email Address | Re-enter the AD's email address to verify the email. This information cannot be cut and pasted. |
