This page is used to view/provide the Account Designee name and passphrase for the invited designee.
If the email address that was entered on the Designee Information page for the invited Designee is found in the system (i.e., the Designee already has a Login ID), then the Designee First and Last Name fields will be pre-populated based on the email address that was entered on the Designee Information page.
- If the Designee Status (on the Designee Listing page) is Pending, the passphrase field will be enabled which means it can be updated.
- If the Designee Status (on the Designee Listing page) is Active, the passphrase field will be hidden.
Note: The Designee will be found in the system (i.e., already have a Login ID) if they are already an Account Designee for another account on the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP), or if they are a registered user of the Section 111 Coordination of Benefits Secure Website (COBSW) or Workers' Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WCMSAP).
If the email address of the invited Designee that was entered on the Designee Information page for the invited Designee is not found in the system, you are required to provide the following information:

| Designee First Name | Given or first name of Account Designee. |
| Designee Last Name | Surname of Account Designee. |
| Passphrase | A short sequence of case-sensitive letters, numbers, and/or symbols, up to 30 characters long that will be used by the Account Designee when they register for the first time on the MSPRP to obtain a Login ID. You must enter at least one character. The Passphrase must be given to the Designee outside the system. It will not be sent to the Designee in the invitation email. The Designee will need to enter it exactly as the Account Manager did when they follow the link in the invitation email they receive to register for the MSPRP. Do not share this Passphrase with anyone else. |

Click [Previous] to return to the Designee Information page.
Click [Continue] to proceed to the last page in the Add a Designee process, Designee Confirmation.
Click [Cancel] to terminate the Designee invitation process and return to the Designee Listing page.
