Designee Confirmation

This page confirms that you have successfully submitted your request to invite an individual to become an Account Designee for your Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP) account. The Designee’s first and last name as well as their email address are displayed on the page.

Next Steps:

1. If the Account Designee is not an existing user: (i.e., the invited designee does not already have a Login ID and is not a registered user of the Section 111 Coordination of Benefits Secure Website, Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WCMSAP) and/or the MSPRP as an Account Designee for another Account):

   Provide your Account Designee with the Passphrase you created for them on the Designee Invitation page. This Passphrase is also displayed on the Designee Listing page.

   Your Account Designee will receive an invitation email from the MSPRP with a secure token link. Instruct the Account Designee to click the link in the invitation email and complete the MSPRP user registration process. During this process, the Account Designee will provide their email address and the Passphrase, to create a Login ID and Password.

2. If the Account Designee is an existing user: (i.e., the invited designee is a registered user of the Section 111 Coordination of Benefits Secure Website, Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WCMSAP) and/or the MSPRP as an Account Designee for another Account):

   Your Account Designee will receive a notification email from the MSPRP notifying them that they have been designated as an Account Designee for your account on the MSPRP Web site. Once the Designee receives this email, they may log into the MSPRP and complete tasks related to your MSPRP account.
