Account Activity

The Account Activity page tracks and records specific activities that were performed on cases associated with an account. This page displays the history of those activities. Description of the activity. The activities that are tracked and recorded are:

  • Initial Registration
  • Account Setup
  • File an Authorization
  • Request an update to the conditional payment amount
  • Request a mailed copy of the conditional payment letter
  • Request mailed copy of the no claims paid letter
  • Request an online Conditional Payment Letter
  • Request an online No Claims Paid by Medicare letter
  • Dispute Claims
  • Provide the Notice of Settlement
  • Initiate Demand Letter
  • Requested a Redetermination (First Level Appeal)
  • Requested a compromise
  • Requested a Waiver
  • Case submitted on MSPRP
  • Electronic Payment Submitted
  • Requested an Open Debt Report
  • EIN associated to account
  • EIN removed from account
  • EIN association resulted in Account Merge

Notes:

The Case ID is assigned by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to the case. It is located on any case-specific correspondence received from Medicare such as the Demand Letter, Rights and Responsibilities Letter or Conditional Payment Letter. The Case ID is a 15-digit number in ##### ##### ##### format.
The Case ID displayed will either be the "ReMAS Case ID" (BCRC insurer cases and all beneficiary cases) or "CRC Recovery ID" (CRC insurer cases).

BCRC case IDs begin with the number 2, and CRC case IDs begin with the number 3.
UserThe name of the MSPRP user who performed the activity.
