Account List

This Account List page is the home page for Account Managers (AMs) and Account Designees (ADs). It displays all of the MSPRP accounts that are associated with your login ID. It functions as the main processing page to initiate any MSPRP functions available to you.

Click the Associated Account ID for the account you want to work with, and the Welcome! page appears showing your selected ID. Use this page to access other case processing functions.

Notes: If the account is associated with at least one address that has opted in to Go Paperless, a green leaf icon appears next to the name of the account. These accounts receive letter notification emails instead of mailed letters for the Go Paperless addresses. You are responsible for viewing all Go Paperless correspondence on the MSPRP. To get information on your account's paperless addresses, please contact your Section 111 file submitter or reporting agent.

AMs can have multiple roles across different accounts. You can be an AM on one account and an AD on another. An AD of an existing account can also be reassigned as the AM for that account by contacting an EDI Representative.

Account Settings
  • Update Personal Information - Use this link to update your contact information, such as e-mail address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Change Password - Use this link to change your password, whether it has expired, has been compromised, or you have been issued a temporary password.
  • Remember, when you change your password in the MSPRP, your password will be changed in all Coordination of Benefits Secure Website (COBSW) applications that you are authorized to use (i.e., Section 111 COBSW, Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Portal (WCMSAP), and the Commercial Repayment Center Portal (CRCP)).

If you have forgotten your password and therefore cannot access this link, use the Forgot Password link on the Welcome to the MSPRP page (login page) to have a temporary password issued.

After you have received your temporary password, return to the MSPRP site and log in using your login ID and temporary password. You will be prompted to change your temporary password when you use it to log into the MSPRP.

Remote Identity Proofing (RIDP) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

The RIDP and MFA processes provide certain non-beneficiary users the ability to view unmasked case information in the MSPRP. RIDP works in conjunction with MFA Services. Using a risk-based alternative (RBA) solution, you will be asked to submit current personally identifiable information (PII) to Experian, an external credit service, to confirm your identity. The Multi-Factor Authentication box shows your status and a link to the next step in either the RIDP process or, once you have completed identity proofing, the MFA process. If you have finished setting up MFA, the MFA box shows your status and a link to active new factors or deactivate existing factors.
