The Update Account Designee Information page allows an Account Manager (AM) to edit the personal information associated with an Account Designee (AD). You can only edit this information if the AD is in “Pending” status.
To Update AD Information
Update any of the following fields. All fields are required, unless noted.
- Account Designee First Name
- Account Designee Last Name
- Account Designee E-Mail Address
- Re-enter Account Designee E-Mail Address
- Passphrase (temporary password)
- Re-enter Passphase
- (Checkbox): Regenerate invitation e-mail with new token link for Account Designee (optional)
Click Continue to submit the changes, or click Cancel to cancel the operation and return to the Account Designee Listing page.
