The wildcard percent sign (%) can be used to retrieve variations of the Submitted By. When used, it replaces one (or more than one) character(s) at the end of the Submitted By. Only one percent sign can be entered and it must be placed at the end of the Submitted By search term. When using the wildcard symbol in the Submitted By field, a minimum of 5 characters must be entered (4 characters plus the wildcard).
