The Register Multi-Factor Authentication page allows you to register a factor that will be associated with your CRCP login ID. At this point, you must have successfully completed the ID Proofing process. You will need to select a factor type. Note: You must download the Okta Verify and/or Google Authenticator apps to your device and follow the steps to establish your security process.
Register MFA Fields

| Last Name | Displays your last name. |
| First Name | Displays your first name. |
| Factor Type | Select the factor type that you want to associate with your login ID. Required.

Click Continue to generate and display a QR barcode to use to add Okta Verify factor and/or Google Authenticator factor via the app on your device and proceed to the Activate Factor page, where you will complete the activation.
Click Cancel to discard your changes and return to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Maintenance page.
Note: You can have up to two factors in active and/or pending activation status for your login ID (i.e., a maximum of one Okta Verify and one Google Authenticator factor).
