After answering the security questions successfully and clicking Continue, the Forgot Login ID Confirmation page displays indicating that you have successfully submitted a request to have your Login ID sent to you.
Click OK to return to the Welcome to the CRCP page.
You will receive an e-mail that contains your Login ID once your request has been processed.
If you do not receive your e-mail within 24 hours, please contact an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative at (646) 458-6740 for assistance.
