The Account Setup completed. Thank You. page provides the Account Manager (AM) confirmation that the process for the CRCP has been completed successfully for an Account ID. You may optionally print this page for your records.

Next Steps

Read the entire Account Setup completed. Thank You. page for details, but note these key points:

A Profile Report will be e-mailed to the Authorized Representative (AR) for the account. You will be copied on the e-mail, which will be sent to the e-mail address you entered during the Account Setup process. Your AR must review, sign, and return the Profile Report within 60 business days to the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) in accordance with the instructions in the e-mail.

After the BCRC has received and processed the Profile Report, you will be granted full access to the CRCP. Until then you can log into the CRCP and invite Account Designees (ADs), but you will not be able to view or submit documented defense information.

If your AR does not receive the Profile Report within 10 business days, please contact an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative at (646) 458-6740.

Note: If your AR wants to return the Profile Report via e-mail, the AR should use “CRCP Profile Report" as the subject line.
