The Account Setup Introduction page provides the designated Account Manager (AM) with basic information regarding the Account Setup process. During this process, the AM will complete the following:
- Finalize the establishment of a CRCP account.
- Create their personal Login ID and Password for the CRCP.
The AM will need to complete this step only if they have not previously registered as an AM or AD for the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP), Workers™ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Portal (WCMSAP), or Section 111 Coordination of Benefits Secure Website (COBSW) Portal.
