Account Manager Login Information Page

The Account Manager Login Information page allows the Account Manager (AM) to become a registered user of the CRCP by creating a Login ID and Password to the CRCP system. The Login ID is used by the CRCP to authenticate your identity each time you log in. The security questions are used to help you regain access to the system should you forget your Login ID or Password.

Notes:

• This page appears only if you do not currently have a Login ID and password for any other Coordination of Benefits (COB) secure web applications, such as the Section 111 Coordination of Benefits Secure Web site (COBSW), the Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Portal (WCMSAP), or the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP).
• The answers you provide to the security questions should be actual answers and not hints for your password. Additionally, memorize your answers.
• Passwords cannot contain a reserved word:

To Create a Login ID and Password

Read the Login and Password format requirements on the application page before proceeding, or see the How to Change Your Password help page under the How To menu.

1. Enter a Login ID (must be 7 characters with the following format: AA999AA).
2. Enter (and re-enter) a Password (must be at least 8 characters that include at least one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, one number and one special character).

To Select Security Questions and Answers Note: You cannot select the same security question for both questions #1 and #2.

1. Select Security Question 1 from the drop-down menu.
2. Enter an Answer to Security Question 1.
3. Repeat Steps 1 & 2 for Security Question 2.
4. Click Continue to continue to the next step, or click Cancel to display the Cancel Confirmation page. Click Previous to return to the previous page.

From the Cancel Confirmation page, click Cancel to redisplay the Account Manager Login Information page, with all information intact except for the Password and Re-enter Password fields, or click Continue to exit the Account Setup/Account Manager Registration process (as applicable) and return to the Welcome to the CRCP page with all information discarded.
