Account Listing Page

The Account Listing page is the first page displayed after logging into the CRCP successfully. This page is considered your home page. It is the page you will return to when you click Home on the navigation bar from any page within the CRCP. It displays all of the accounts associated with your login ID in ascending order by account ID. The page also displays the Company Name and a View TINs Listing hyperlink.

If Go Paperless is selected for the account, a green leaf icon appears next to the account ID.

To access a specific account, click the Account ID hyperlink, which will take you to the Account Detail page. Click the View TINs Listing hyperlink to view a list of all company TINs associated with the specific account ID.

Note If you should see erroneous or incorrect TINs listed, please report them to an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative at (646) 458-6740.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Remote Identity Proofing (RIDP)

The MFA and RIDP processes provide users the ability to view unmasked case information in CRCP. RIDP works in conjunction with MFA Services. Using a risk-based alternative (RBA) solution, you will be asked to submit current personally identifiable information (PII) to Experian®, an external credit service, to confirm your identity. The Multi-Factor Authentication box shows your status and a link to take the next step in either the RIDP process or, once you have completed identity proofing, the MFA process. If you have finished setting up MFA, the MFA box shows your status and a link to activate new factors or deactivate existing factors.
