Account Designee Listing

The Account Designee Listing page allows Account Managers (AMs) to add, edit, or delete Account Designees (ADs) associated with a selected Account ID. To perform these functions for more than one Account ID, click the Designee Maintenance link in the Account Settings box on your Account ID page. See the CRCP User Guide for step details.

ADs assist the AM with the GHP recovery cases. The AM must invite ADs to register and become users of the CRCP associated with one or more accounts. Each CRCP account may have up to 200 ADs.

This page shows the total number of designees and the following fields for each designee.

Note: Three columns have sorting and filtering capability: Last Name, Status, and Last Login Date. To filter/search by last name, enter part or all of a name in the text field at the column head. To filter by status or last login date, choose the status or date range of last login from the drop-down box at the column head. To reverse the sort order, click the arrow in the column header. Use the Clear Filters button to reset the display to its original unfiltered state.
