The Account Designee Confirmation page displays summary information about the invited Account Designee (AD) and confirms that the AD has been added to the account. The Account Designee Listing page displays the invited AD in “Pending” status.
The next steps depend on whether or not the Designee is already a registered user of the CRCP, Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP), Section 111 Coordination of Benefits Secure Web Site (COBSW) Portal, or Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Portal (WCMSAP).
- If the invited Designee is already a registered user, they will receive an e-mail notifying them that they have been invited to become a Designee for the selected account and may access the account by logging into the CRCP with their existing Login ID and Password.
- If the invited Designee is not currently a registered user, they will receive an e-mail with a hyperlink instructing the invitee to register on the CRCP.
