If you have forgotten your Password, click the Forgot Password link on the Welcome to the CRCP page. You will be required to enter your Login ID that you created during registration and the answers to the security questions that you supplied when you originally registered.
You must be a registered user who has previously obtained a Login ID and Password for the CRCP to grant this request. If you do not have a Login ID, click the How to Get Started Help link under the How To.. menu for more information regarding the registration process.
To Retrieve a Forgotten Password
From the Forgot Password page, enter your Login ID that you provided during registration and click Continue.
The Forgot Login ID or Password page displays.
- Enter the answers to the security questions that you provided when you registered.
Click Continue.
The Forgot Password Confirmation page displays indicating your password has been successfully reset.
- Click OK to return to the Welcome to the CRCP page.
You will receive an e-mail with a temporary password and instructions to follow.
If you are unsuccessful in resetting your password using the Forgot Password link, contact an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Representative at (646) 458-6740 for assistance.
